2026: Agreement with Comindware to Develop Cooperation in Management personnel Training

Comindware (Collovear LLC) and the Business School of the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B.N. Yeltsin signed an agreement on strategic partnership. The document defines key areas of cooperation in the field of digital transformation, training managers of a new formation and the introduction of advanced technologies in key sectors of the Russian economy. Comindware announced this on January 28, 2026.

The partnership covers several key areas. The parties will organize public events, conferences and trainings aimed at promoting advanced approaches to digital transformation, automation of business processes and building corporate architecture of organizations. Special attention will be paid to the exchange of practical experience and modern process management methodologies.

As part of the cooperation, the parties plan to introduce the Comindware platform into the programs of additional professional education of the UrFU Business School, including MBA programs, the Presidential program for training management personnel and advanced training programs for managers. Students will have the opportunity to work with real tools for automation and optimization of business processes as part of practical classes and diploma projects.

The parties will cooperate in the field of testing and applying best practices for automating business processes in projects related to digital transformation of enterprises. Managers undergoing training at the UrFU Business School will be involved in working with real digitalization cases, which will allow them to gain practical experience in working with modern platform solutions and immediately apply the knowledge gained in their organizations.

The business school of UrFU is a separate structural unit of the university with a long history of training management personnel. The business school specializes in programs of additional professional education for managers: MBA programs of various formats, the Presidential program for training management personnel (implemented since 1998, over 28 years, about 3,000 heads of organizations of the Sverdlovsk region have undergone retraining), as well as advanced training programs for top managers and business owners. Graduates of the UrFU Business School become senior managers and owners of companies.

Cooperation with Comindware will strengthen the practical component of the educational programs of the UrFU Business School and give students access to BPM solutions and expertise in the field of digital transformation of business processes.

The strategic partnership agreement was signed in January 2026 and is designed for five years of long-term cooperation.
