2025: Implementation of Saby
JSC "Holding Erso" accelerated personnel document management and recruiting with the help of Saby. Tensor announced this on January 30, 2026.
The decision covered personnel electronic document management and recruitment in all key divisions of the holding. ERSO enterprises supplying equipment for power and industrial facilities in Russia and near abroad conduct KEDO completely in digital format. Two production sites in Moscow and Ufa, a construction division, a design bureau and more than 600 employees operate in a single system.
Saby has become the main platform for personnel document management: employees sign vacations, business trips, applications and advance reports directly in the mobile application. The Visual Process Editor enables the HR team to quickly and independently set up complex negotiation routes. The system shows where the document is "stuck" and helps to quickly intervene.
The electronic vacation schedule is now agreed twice as quickly, without takes and corrections: employees see intersections, and a document ready for signature arrives at the human resources department.

Additionally, Saby has a corporate social network: news, polls, mailings, calendar, video calls and messenger - all in one application. Organizational mapping and employee information cards help you build communication and schedule workflows faster.
ERSO is developing gamification: employees receive digital badges for the stages of adaptation, and in the future the program will be expanded to the entire company.
The second key module is recruitment. Managers create job applications in the same interface where they sign their personnel documents. Vacancies are automatically published on all job sites, and responses are collected in a single card.
Saby leads the candidate by funnel: appoints video conversations, reminds of meetings, records correspondence, and after the offer automatically transfers the task to personnel members. By the time the employee leaves, the system has already prepared documents, checklists, tests and training materials. HR specialists can only control the process.
