2026: Launch of personnel document management system with free electronic signature

Pyrus on January 30, 2026 announced the launch of a solution for personnel electronic document management (KEDO) using a state electronic signature. Pyrus KEDO operates on the basis of its own platform and allows organizations to completely abandon paper personnel documents, automating the processes of their creation, coordination and signing.

The key feature of the solution is integration with the State Key service from the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia. Employees sign personnel documents using a free electronic signature without the cost of issuing and annually renewing certificates, while in classic KEDO systems the cost of an electronic signature for one employee is 500-1000 rubles per year.

Despite the growing interest in CEDOs, many mid-segment companies are delaying the implementation of such solutions. The reasons are the need to start a separate system, train employees to work in a new interface and incur additional costs. Pyrus KEDO avoids these difficulties: personnel document management unfolds in a single platform, where companies can build not only HR processes, but also solve other business problems.

The Pyrus KEDO solution integrates with the 1S:ZUP program. HR specialists can form personnel documents in 1C and send them for approval and signing to Pyrus in a few clicks, excluding double data entry in different systems.

To sign documents, it is enough for an employee to install the free State Key mobile application and issue an enhanced unqualified or qualified electronic signature. UNEP is issued completely online, without a visit to the MPSC, and the State Department account is automatically linked to a confirmed account on the Public services portal.

In Pyrus KEDO, you can sign all personnel documents allowed for electronic signing in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. If you change your legislation or your company's internal requirements, HR can tailor document templates and reconciliation routes using a visual designer.
