2023: Introduction of Talarix ERP solution Meat processing plant
AGROECO Group of Companies - a modern agro-industrial holding, one of the largest pork producers in Russia, was founded in 2009. The production process is vertically integrated: from the manufacture of mixed feed from its own grain raw materials to the cultivation of animals and the processing of pork. The process chain ensures quality control and biosafety at all stages of production.
The company's production sites are represented in two regions of the country - Voronezh and Tula regions. Production volumes in the holding in 2022:
- 322 thousand tons - pork production (4th place in Russia according to the National Union of Pig Farmers for 2022).
- 914 thousand tons - feed production.
- 3.8 million heads - slaughter and processing of pork (design capacity).
The use of modern effective solutions at all stages of production makes it possible to achieve leading values in terms of efficiency indicators in Russia.
On May 26, 2023, the official launch of the modern meat processing enterprise AGROECO in the Pavlovsky district of the Voronezh region took place. The production complex has become one of the largest in Russia in terms of volumes and the most advanced in the use of innovative technologies and automation.
AGROECO's global mission is to organize meat production using digital technologies and robotics to meet the needs of meat products of more than 4 million people.
The project had the following goals:
- Maximize the efficiency of production resources (personnel, equipment, time).
- Create digital tools to monitor and control real-time production and logistics processes 24/7.
- Organize 100% tracking of materials - from raw materials to finished products. Including packaging materials.
- Provide digital tools for real-time tracking of material flows in production with 98% accuracy.
- Achieve OTIF production (On time in full) 98%.
- Provide digital monitoring of product quality in real time along the chain.
- Generate tools for real-time financial production results.
Within the framework of the project, the following were implemented:
- Meat processing processes based on the Intelligent Process Management System
- automatic recording of information on the quantity of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products consumed;
- accounting of material flows and passing of stages of product processing;
- processes of operational production planning and automatic generation of production tasks;
- Real-time quality control and shipment processes for finished products
- processes of complete batch traceability of finished products and auxiliary materials for production;
- possibility of obtaining a financial result, calculation of the cost price (raw material, complete), accounting for variable costs online in the process of production and production of finished products.
- integration with related information systems of the enterprise (1C:ERP, MES, EWM) as well as with state-owned hierarchical information systems was carried out.
