Softline licensed Rusagro-Invest within the agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement

The representative office of Softline in Belgorod within the three-year agreement of Enterprise Agreement licensed basic products of Microsoft for agrarian company "Rusagro-Invest". The total cost of the contract in three years will be $341,873.13.

For the purpose of consolidation and 100% of legalization of the software of Microsoft of all subsidiary companies "Rusagro-Invest": JSC Oskolskiye prostory, Rusagro-Aydar Ltd, Nezhegol-Agro LLC – by the management of agrarian holding made the decision on the conclusion of the three-year agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA). The right to delivery of software within EA according to results of the internal tender was acquired by representative office of Softline in Belgorod.

"Rusagro-Invest and Softline fruitfully cooperate from the moment of opening of representative office in Belgorod, – Anton Ryazanov, the head of the Belgorod representative office of Softline tells. – Earlier at the client the agreement of Microsoft Open Value which expired in the summer of the current year was signed. As a result of dense customer interaction and study of the optimal scheme of corporate licensing which allowed to develop IT infrastructure of the large agrarian company, the choice was stopped on the program of licensing Enterprise Agreement which will allow Rusagro-Invest to optimize costs at the expense of payment by installments of payments and fixation of the prices of the period of operation of the agreement, thereby, having considerably lowered financial loading".

Microsoft Enterprise Agreement is the program of corporate licensing intended for the organizations with number of computers from 250, ready to select the Microsoft platform as the corporate standard. Within agreements the EA company licenses basic products of Microsoft for all used PCs, at the same time payment is made in the form of annual payments. The organization has an opportunity to license the Desktop Platform platform. Within the agreement of the license are purchased in permanent use with the right of licensing of additional products, in particular Rusagro-Invest purchased a broad spectrum of the server software. During operation of the agreement the packet of additional free services according to the Software Assurance program – training in the certified training centers, technical support of server products, the right to use Office on the home PC, a subscription to TechNet Plus and many other things is provided to the customer.
