2016-2017: Technodinamics
From 2016 to 2017 worked as Director of IT and Business Process Automation of Technodinamiki.
In the first quarter of 2017, Alexander Krasnov left his post. Three sources close to the company told TAdviser about this.
Sources told TAdviser that in addition to Alexander Krasnov, most of Technodinamiki's IT staff left the company: there were more than 70 people, and no more than 20 people remained.
The IT staff was reduced due to a change in management strategy that occurred after the appointment of a new CEO Igor Nasenkov in December 2016.
The new strategy involves a new approach to business processes, in particular, their decentralization, and a large-scale optimization of the number of employees, including IT, said one of the sources close to the company.
According to him, in addition to reducing IT staff, the holding also minimized IT costs and "frozen" a number of large IT projects, and the tasks of the current IT department are limited to supporting architecture.
The concept has changed. The new management has a new understanding of the development of the holding and its primary tasks, and super projects are not interesting to them, "another source believes TAdviser |
One of the interlocutors of TAdviser, who is well acquainted with the current state of IT in the company, said that after the departure of Alexander Krasnov, one of the IT managers, who had previously worked there, was appointed responsible for IT at Technodinamik.
As of March 2017, the IT staff is staffed, they do not plan to reopen the position of Chief information officer in the company, the source added.
