Upgrade of the ERP system in JSC Nidan Soki

Project Tasks: transition to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 from earlier version of a system and also optimization of operation of the used modules ERP systems.

Transition to Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 will allow the company to use all advantages of the current version of the popular platform and to increase productivities of an information system. Besides, such project will allow to optimize costs for software and cost of support and also it is essential to reduce the risks connected with use of outdated versions of a system.

At the moment in Nidan Soki company using the ERP system of Microsoft Dynamics AX such activities as logistics, finance and production are automated. Upgrade of a corporate information system, first of all, is aimed at optimization of work of financial and logistic departments and expansion of the used functionality of the ERP system taking into account those opportunities which are given by Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. The tasks facing the project are caused by corporate requirements from Coca Cola Group and also continuous improvement of business processes in the company. So, one of the most important tasks is reduction of terms of preparation of the reporting under GAAP. Besides, specialists of IT-Box will implement automation of tax accounting and functions of treasury that will allow to keep the payment schedule on Group and to optimize cash management. Also within the project of upgrade in the Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 system leading experts of IT-Box implement quality management of finished goods.
