Approval of re-planning in the apartment

2020: In Moscow it is possible to approve re-planning only online now

Since August 21, 2020 to approve re-planning in Moscow became possible only online. Statements on receiving state service are adopted only on the mos.ru portal in the section "Housing, housing and communal services, the yard", reported on the official site of the mayor Moscow.

The electronic service is called "Approval of reorganization, re-planning of the premises in the apartment house". It is developed together with the city Department of Information Technologies (DIT).

At filing of application on mos.ru it is necessary to attach the project documentation (the project of re-planning, the technical conclusion) signed with the electronic signature of the project organization. If additional documents are necessary, they can be loaded and sent to the State Housing Inspectorate of Moscow through a personal account.

In the capital of the Russian Federation it is possible to approve re-planning only online now

Since August 21, 2020 citizens do not need to address personally to centers of state services "My documents" (MFC) any more, and to legal entities — to housing inspectorates. The electronic format was especially demanded during the restrictions connected with spread of a koronavirusny infection. Muscovites could receive service in re-planning approval remotely, noted authorities of the capital.

Approval only online was not the only innovation regarding a design. Also at filing of application the list of necessary documents is reduced. Will not be necessary any more minutes of a general meeting if it was already transferred to storage to the State Housing Inspectorate of Moscow earlier, and the magazine of works if load-carrying structures indoors are not mentioned. Simplified also process of approval of works which do not require the project documentation.

Earlier in 2020 the president Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law which sets penalties for unauthorized re-planning of residential and non-residential premises in an apartment house for officials and entrepreneurs. Before for illegal re-planning of premises penalties were paid only by citizens.^[1]
