2019: Opening of mobile bank offices

On September 20, 2019 provided to the Russian military the mobile bank offices developed in the Sverdlovsk, Saratov, Penza, Samara, Novosibirsk and Orenburg regions.

The payment point is mounted on the chassis of the KamAZ car and is located in the covered body. Inside there is also an armored cash zone with cash. The office can be converted in point of issue of the World cards which will issue field organizations of the Bank of Russia.

At mobile payment offices it is possible to remove cash, to pay the credit or to issue transfer.

According to Izvestia, in a car body is also a cash zone where cash is stored. The cash desk has armoring, unlike a body and a cabin of the truck — as in case of fighting the complex will have to be located in rear orders of field army. In it is mute there is all necessary for receiving and delivery of money: devices for calculation of coins and notes and also for check of their authenticity.

That the mobile bank had communication with head office, the station of satellite communication and radio station will be installed in the machine. Thanks to it ATMs of the Ministry of Defence will work even where traditionally there is no cellular network and the Internet. Will protect field banks special battalions and military police.

Within the exercises "Center-2019" on mobile banks is fulfilled the system of interaction of field payment points with federal banks and military structures.

According to military experts, the innovation is important for formation of positive image of the Russian military forces and maintenance of a moral and psychological status of soldiers — now they know that they can always transfer money to the family or pay urgent services. Specialists are sure that times when armies confiscated something at local population, passed long ago.^[1]
