Nationalization of 12 Ukrainian banks
Deputies of the State Council of Crimea at a meeting in absentia adopted a resolution on the nationalization of the property of foreign citizens and states committing unfriendly actions against Russia. Speaker of Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov wrote about this in his Telegram channel in early February 2023.

The listed banks own residential buildings, warehouses, land plots, shops, offices and hotels in Simferopol, Yalta, Feodosia, Evpatoria, Alushta and other cities and regions of Crimea, it clarifies. TASS
From the draft resolution of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea published on February 1, 2023, it also follows that the Ripario Hotel Group hotel is nationalized on the site of the former Pribrezhny boarding house in Yalta, the Chaika International Children's Medical Center in Yevpatoria and two sports grounds of the Dynamo Kyiv football club.
Vladimir Konstantinov noted that such a measure is necessary from a moral point of view: Ukrainians who support the Armed Forces (AFU) and national battalions, as well as sponsor the killings of Russians, should not make money on Crimeans. According to him, the organization's enterprises themselves will not be privatized, only the activities of the founders will stop.[1]
Start of Sberbank's work in Crimea
On January 18, 2023, Sberbank officially announced the start of work in Crimea. The credit institution opened the first ATMs on the peninsula, formed a team there, and offices will begin to open in the first half of 2023.
