Making a ranking of the largest IT insourcers for 2017, TAdviser communicated to representatives of a number of the largest Russian companies and found out, they give to development of internal competences in what new technologies a priority.

Inside "Sibur of IT" is created the center of digital competences where specialists work on AR and VR, UX designers, front-end, back-end, the mobile developers and specialists on Data Science giving support to all digital projects of Sibur, he says.
Besides, based on "Sibur of IT" and the corporate university of Sibur faculty IT and digital competences for formation at employees of uniform idea of development of digitalization in the company and training in key tools was created.
In OCVR company - insourcing IT company Russian Railway, much attention is paid to development and implementation of the Russian software products. So, the Competence center of 1C within which all necessary agreements with vendor are signed was created and the partner statuses are received.
One of the main directions is also creation of Competence center according to solutions of Galaktika Corporation based on OCVR, reported TAdviser in the Russian Railway.

2015: Demanded competences
In the course of preparation of a ranking of IT insourcers for 2015 TAdviser found out what IT competences develop at themselves the large Russian companies. Among the projects executed by insourcers it is possible to meet both development, and testing, and support of IT systems. The companies working at a single platform quite often increase own competences for its development and support. The Deputy CEO for IT of PGK Vadim Uryas says that the company will need to develop competences under SAP. RT-Inform says that appreciate competences on creation of complete architectural concepts, the solution difficult cases on a joint of different technologies, project management, application development and implementation of best practices of management of IT. Special attention in RT-Inform is paid to the organization of works on creation, service and development of information security tools.
