2025: Digital marking of auto electronics launched in Russia

As noted in the Ministry of Industry and Trade, manufacturers, importers and sellers of these products are participating in an experiment on labeling on a voluntary basis. Based on the results of the experiment, a decision will be made on the feasibility of introducing mandatory labeling of certain types of lubricants and special automotive liquids.
The decision to conduct an experiment on the labeling of automotive liquids was made against the background of a high level of distribution of counterfeit products in this area.
