EuroChem presented key priorities for the digitalization of the present and future at TAdviser SummIT

Speaking at the TAdviser SummIT conference on November 27, Deputy Director for Digitalization of EuroChem Valery Cherepanov presented the key priorities for digitalization of the company. These include: increasing the value of existing businesses, economic efficiency, reducing industrial safety risks for people, improving the quality of management and production, as well as increasing the digital literacy of employees, their analytical culture.

Valery Cherepanov also spoke about the main directions of the introduction of digital technologies in EuroChem: platforming, the use of artificial intelligence in production and in corporate functions. Separately, he focused on the digital industrial platform (DPP) implemented in production, created in order to uniformly manage such a large portfolio of projects. The platform unifies the IT landscape across enterprises, allowing you to quickly implement and scale new solutions in real-time management and routine automation. The latter frees employees from routine operations and provides them with convenient digital tools for making data-based decisions.

Production AI projects are implemented with the goal of optimizing the production chain, reducing downtime, and product quality control. The introduction of AI in corporate functions has already led to cost optimization, improved quality of working capital management, accelerated and improved efficiency of business processes, the company says.

We are implementing about 130 projects, and the lion's share - about 90% - is based on artificial intelligence technologies, "said Valery Cherepanov. - Such a volume of projects should be systematically managed, the quality of implementation and its robustness in production should be assessed. Non-use of the implemented product carries direct economic losses, so we constantly assess the engraftment of all implemented products. At the moment, we have already directly earned 2.8 billion rubles.

The above assessment of the economic impact of the implementation of digital solutions at EuroChem covers the period from 2023, including 9 months of 2025.
