2023: System for home treatment of chronic fecal incontinence and urine in women introduced
Axena Health at the end of June 2023 introduced the Leva Pelvic Health system, designed to treat chronic fecal incontinence (fecal incontinence, FI) in women. The study confirmed the effectiveness of treatment with the Leva System in both PI and its effectiveness in incontinence. Read more here.
2022: Medtronic launches device to treat chronic fecal incontinence and overactive bladder
On February 22, 2022, Medtronic announced that it had launched the InterStim X neuromodulation device on the market without recharging. This solution, along with InterStim Micro, is used to treat overactive bladder (HMA), chronic fecal incontinence (CNC) and non-constructive urinary retention. Read more here.
2020: Medtronic launches neurostimulator to treat overactive bladder and fecal incontinence
In early August 2020, Medtronic released the InterStim Micro neurostimulator and the corresponding application for it - InterStim SureScan MRI. The new solutions are designed to treat overactive bladder, fecal incontinence and non-constructive urinary retention. Read more here.
