The largest volume of Ukrainian goods is traditionally exported to Russia - its component in the structure of Ukrainian exports is 9.1%. Goods worth $3.9 billion were sold there, an increase in 2017 of 9.6%.
Poland is in second place, Turkey is in third ($2.5 billion, an increase of 28%). Also in the top 10 key markets for Ukrainian goods include Italy, India ($2.2 billion), China ($2 billion, 11.3%) and Egypt ($1.8 billion), Germany and the Netherlands ($1.6 billion).

Exports of Ukrainian goods to the EU in 2017 increased by 29.9% and amounted to $17.5 billion. This is 40.5% of the total sales of Ukrainian goods abroad. At the same time, imports of goods from the European Union increased by 21.3% - to $20.7 billion. This was reported by Gosstat.
It is noted that the volumes of Ukrainian exports to Belgium (by 81.4%), the Netherlands (by 68.5%) and Latvia (by 54.7%) increased at the highest pace. Among the EU countries, the largest volume of Ukrainian goods is exported to Poland - in the amount of $2.7 billion. At the same time, it is noted that the growth rate of exports to Poland is below average - only 23.8%.
According to Gosstat, Ukrainian exports to Italy ($2.5 billion) increased by 28%, to Germany ($1.7 billion) by 23.2% and to Hungary ($1.3 billion) by 26%.
According to Gosstat, due to high growth rates in 2017, the volume of exports to the EU for the first time exceeded the levels of 2013 ($16.7 billion) and 2014 ($17 billion).
In 2017, the export of Ukrainian goods to the EU increased by 357 new commodity items, and the number of exporting companies to the EU increased from 13,402 in 2016 to 14,136 at the end of 2017.
12-fold increase in mushroom exports

In 2017, 0.45 tons of champignons for $0.6 thousand were imported to Ukraine, as a result of which a positive foreign trade balance was formed for this position of $479 thousand, the ministry said.
In 2016, Ukraine delivered 42.6 tons of champignons to foreign markets for $37.8 thousand.

In 2016, exports of Ukrainian goods decreased by 4.6%. The negative balance of Ukraine's foreign trade in goods in 2016 amounted to $2.886 billion, while in 2015 it was positive in the amount of $610.7 million. This was reported by the State Statistics Service.
According to the State Statistics Service, in 2016, exports of goods decreased by 4.6% compared to 2015 (by $1.764 billion) - to $36.363 billion, and imports increased by 4.6% (by $1.732 billion) - to $39.249 billion.
The department also noted that in 2016 Ukraine it conducted foreign trade operations with partners from 226 countries of the world.
"As a result, the coefficient of import export coverage amounted to 0.93 (in 2015 - 1.02)," the State Statistics Service stated.

2015: Agroexport $14.8 billion
The export of Ukrainian agricultural products to Russia in 2015 fell by 68% - to $300 million, and the total trade with Russia in agricultural products decreased by 65%, or more than $1 billion - to $575 million, said Minister of Agriculture Alexei Pavlenko.
"The share of exports to the Russian Federation fell from 6% in 2014 to 2% in 2015. This made it possible to painlessly postpone the loss of the Russian market, "he stressed, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada at the Government Hour.
Pavlenko clarified that in general, agroexport from Ukraine in 2015 amounted to $14.8 billion with a trade turnover of $18.5 billion, which brought to a record for the country a positive balance in agricultural trade of $11.1 billion. According to him, Ukraine managed to diversify sales markets: the share of Asian countries reached almost 45%, the EU - 28.2%, and supplies to Africa reached 13.6% of total agroexport, exceeding exports to the CIS countries.
