Due to it, as the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs of Ukraine noted, it is also planned to finance the accelerator project for dual-use technologies, the idea of which was discussed in the summer of 2021. By December, the ministry is deciding how to most effectively distribute 450 million UAH between these three projects.
InterfaxUkraine"-" recalls that the idea of the Fund of Funds was already discussed in Ukraine during the government of Vladimir Groysman more than three years ago along with the concept of the Startup Fund, but the latter was created by the Ministry of Finance in 2019, and the Fund of Funds is not.
