At the same time, some sites may open, but their services cannot be used. The Lithuanian online accounting system, used by most enterprises, also came under attack. An attack on the b1.lt system leads the entire cloud of storage of millions of documents to a user authorization error, KillNet claims.

On June 25, 2022, the Killnet group published a video message in which it warned that if the Lithuanian authorities did not lift the transport blockade of the Kaliningrad region within 48 hours, more 500 the country's companies would be "in monstrous conditions."

Earlier, the governor of the Kaliningrad region, Anton Alikhanov, said that the Lithuanian railway operator notified the authorities of the Russian region that from June 18, 2022 they would restrict the transit of some goods from the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to the region due to European anti-Russian sanctions. According to him, according to preliminary estimates, this applies from 40% to 50% of the entire range of transit goods. These are construction cargoes, cement, metals and other important goods. The head of the region called these actions illegal. Alikhanov noted that they could have "far-reaching consequences" for Lithuania and the European Union[1]
