Interview of TAdviser with the director of communications, analytics and strategic researches of Rostec Vasily Brovko

Vasily Brovko: "The digital industry of industrial Russia-2016" — the central business event in Russia devoted to a question of ensuring global technology development of the Russian industry. In 2016 the conference will take place on June 7 — 10 in the city of Innopolis, Republic of Tatarstan. Use of electronic component base and modern IT in the industries, formation of "road map" of development of the Russian electronics and Foresight of digitalization of the industries till 2035 will become the main agenda.

The State Corporation Rostec is the largest Russian producer in the field of electronics, and on own experience we understand that between producers of electronic component base, microelectronics, the equipment and software there is still not enough synergy. It is necessary to meet and discuss creation of mechanisms which will allow to establish cooperation with developers, will push them to creation of the customized solutions under requests of productions. Only in that case cooperation of the industry and IT will reach new level. For this reason the management of State Corporation Rostec acted as the initiator of holding the "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" conference.

Vasily Brovko: Certainly, different conferences, forums devoted to IT are held not the first year. Studying experience of their carrying out, we with surprise found out that there is no such action which would integrate the IT field, hi-tech sectors of the industry, electronics and a telecom together. For example, several years in a row Rostec participate in an action of IT in a MIC, but the scope of a conference is limited to the military industrial complex sector. Participation in this action led us to a thought of creation of expanded dialog with attraction more of civil industries and producers. The fertile field where industry will get acquainted with real innovative solutions and developments is necessary. We want to wish to our colleagues from IT in a MIC of good luck and further development of this platform. And, in turn, we invite to Innopolis producers and military, and civil products for discussion of new technology ways of the industry 4.0, solutions for "smart" factories, use of quantum technologies, biotechnologies, technologies of industrial robotics, programs of development of "private space", perspectives of use of GLONASS and so forth.

The conference will give the mass of opportunities for representatives of medium and small business in whose portfolio — perspective solutions in the field of electronics and development of software. Using corporations and holdings such solutions can be scaled to profile sectors of national economy. We also are interested in it.

Vasily Brovko: The program forms taking into account the interests of all participants. Economic calls of the modern world, in particular those which are mentioned in the new Development strategy of Rostec till 2025 will become the main questions, of course. This interaction between the state and business community concerning development of electronics, the investment attraction in new projects in such spheres as a telecom, technologies of supercomputer calculations, industrial robotics, autonomous and robotic mobile complexes, production automation systems. At the same time the program is not a certain final constant. It will be updated and develop throughout the entire period of preparation of a conference.

Subjects for discussions participants – Minpromtorg, offer the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications, the largest corporations, Internet Initiatives Development Fund, Fund of development of the industry, Fund of perspective researches and other intellectual centers having examination in the field of ICT, electronics, microelectronics. Will be on conferences and a part, devoted so-called to the closed, special questions entering competence of the Ministry of Defence, FSB, the FSO.

We hope that the consensus between participants will become result of a conference, projects and initiatives of use of new technologies in the industry will be defined. TsIPR – an annual action which will give the chance to receive a clear picture of the happening changes on digitalization of the industries where "road map" of development of digital economy will be enriched and be supplemented with the new ideas.

We calculate that the TsIPR-2016 conference will not become a certain routine business event in life of business community thanks to a democratic format. In addition to interesting performances, acquaintance to technology new products on exposure, meetings with investors of participants is waited by an unusual entertainment and cultural program which will take place both in Innopolis, and on satellite platforms in Kazan. We hope that 4 days of an action will become bright and memorable on 360 ̊.

Vasily Brovko: The organizing committee was headed by the First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Gleb Nikitin. Significant support and participation in the organization of a conference were rendered by the CEO of Rostec Sergey Chemezov, the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov, the president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Minister of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation Nikolai Nikiforov.

Vasily Brovko: Innopolis was selected not casually. It is the new unique city in the Republic of Tatarstan. Actually, its purpose just in creating a favorable environment with modern infrastructure and ample opportunities of development of all types of the hi-tech industry, the innovation projects in the field of ICT. He fully answers tasks which are set for themselves by organizers and conferees.
