Employee (Manager) self-service (ESS, MSS)

For creation of processes and inclusion as end users in an information system the library of information services is implemented. Information services of one level exist independently of each other and can join in this or that order in business processes and roles of end users. Than more different information services representing this or that function (data access, data view, change of data, others), that ample opportunities on creation and necessary change of processes.

Information services are based on the innovation concept of business roles which simplifies access to the necessary information and services, does it safe and convenient that allows to increase motivation, performance and efficiency of personnel.

Functions of information services are implemented as "self-service": employees and heads can independently enter personal data and manage a set of transactions and processes which were under authority of HR departments earlier. It allows to lower material and labor costs on each transaction in the field of personnel management.

Employee self-service (ESS)

Employee self-service (ESS) - self-service of employees - the automated system providing to personnel the interface for access to information resources of the company.

ESS solutions become more and more demanded in the market of HRM systems as allow employees to avoid bureaucratic delays, saving time and increasing efficiency of their work. The functionality of ESS provides access for employees to personal information, gives an opportunity to adjust personal data that in turn maintains completeness and relevance of personnel information.

ESS systems allow to reduce costs of department of personnel management and also give an opportunity to non-management employees and heads to improve processes of management of working time, planning of training of employees and holding actions, planning of the salary.

Manager self-service (MSS)
