2017: The NCI joins consortium

On March 27, 2017 it was announced that the National Center of Informatization (NCI) was included into consortium of the organizations within the project of creation of "Network Telemedicine Express of Mini-clinics" (NTEMC) which should be equipped with the modern telemedicine equipment and the specialized domestic software.

"Rostec on behalf of NCI has a wide experience of implementation of IT of century to medicine. We participate in creation and development state of the Unified information system health care (UNIFORM STATE HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEM), including a federal segment of a telemedicine subsystem which will begin to be operated in the nearest future. Together with subsidiary company "BARS GROUP" we create and we implement medical information systems for regions and the medical organizations. At the same time we try to be competitive not only in the development area of medical software, but also creation of different complete telemedicine solutions", - told Konstantin Yunov, the deputy CEO – the director of business development of NCI.

So, at the beginning of 2017 Rostec develops a set of mobile medical devices for remote monitoring of key indicators of health of the patient as a component of a technology platform for project implementation on status monitoring of health and management of a way of life of patients with chronic diseases, or being at a rehabilitation stage after the postponed diseases or transactions. Also at a stage of creation of a prototype there is a mobile telemedicine complex for primary link of the health care combining functions of the automated workplace of the doctor and a possibility of digital instruments of primary diagnostics.

"Having all necessary competences in this market, we are interested in broadcast of the experience which is available for us, examination and technological capabilities in a segment of informatization of commercial medicine. Participation in consortium is important for us as this project is for the Russian health care system on the present the innovation", - Konstantin Yunov emphasized.
