If a minor, a citizen with bodily injuries, a person without documents, as well as those with weapons or explosives were brought to a specialized organization, the police should be notified of this within one hour. In addition, the order spells out the structure, staffing, parameters of the premises, their illumination, and defines the documents necessary for signing.
