He noted that "Wings of Victory" works as a production and training center, by May 10, 2023, about 15 people are trained on computers with virtual reality glasses. After training in the amount of 100-150 hours, operators are trusted to control real drones. At the same time, Vladimir Rogov did not disclose technical and other details regarding the new UAVs.
In April 2023, it became known that the Ural company Unmanned Vehicles developed a jet FPV drone-kamikaze of the K-5 aircraft type. Drone K-5 received a turbojet engine that allows it to reach speeds of up to 400 kilometers per hour, and a cruising speed of 200 kilometers per hour. The device is capable of flying up to 90 kilometers and carrying up to six kilograms of payload. It is noted that all components, with the exception of the engine, are Russian. Drone can be launched from a ground catapult or using a solid rocket booster.
The tests are planned to be completed by the end of 2023 and to present a line of serial products in reconnaissance and shock performance.[1]
