2018: Revocation of license

The Bank of Russia made in December, 2018 the decision about cancellation of the license of the largest Forex traders of Russia, including "At par Forex", Teletreyd Group and Forex of Club. Forex" and "The financial agency "Milkom-Invest", repeated violations of requirements of the Central Bank about internal accounting, providing the false reporting by the trader and violation of requirements to a ratio of the amount of providing became the basis for cancellation of the licenses "Forex of Club", "Teletreyd Group" "At par. It is offered to traders to stop activity in security market and to return property to clients till January 27, 2019.

Later the Bank of Russia explained in more detail the reasons for which revoked the licenses from traders:

"The licenses Forex dealers were revoked for violations of requirements of the legislation on security market. These companies provided the false reporting and did not perform the instruction of the Bank of Russia and also used the granted licenses for active advertizing and customer acquisition in the organizations of the same name registered abroad. The facts of use of licenses for customer acquisition in foreign jurisdictions are confirmed by low dynamics of growth of the customer base Forex dealers. The number of their clients was about 2 thousand, from them only 470 people were active. Obligations to these clients make about 35 million rub or 3.7% of all obligations of licensed brokers."

2017

At the end of 2016 clients of Alpari in the different countries of the world still have the most popular currency pair EUR/USD. Dynamics of growth on this financial instrument was nearly 30%. Among large currency pairs for last year noticeably added tools with the Japanese yen – USD/JPY, GBP/JPY, EUR/JPY. Turnover on them in comparison with 2016 grew more than by 1.5 times, by 57-77%. Also considerably turnover on AUD/USD and USD/CAD pairs increased.

Clients of Alpari continue to increase interest in trade in gold. The business volume on the XAU/USD tool grew by 37% in comparison with last year.

Stable inflow of clients also in investment services the PAMM-account and the PAMM-portfolio was recorded. The number of active investors in PAMM-service for the end of 2017 exceeded 25 thousand people, and the number of active managing directors – more than 4 thousand human. In 2017 the average monthly business volume of PAMM-service made more than $15 billion.
