ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is international association of professionals in the field of financial management.

Qualification of ASSA helps to construct career in area of finance, management, taxation, accounting and audit in any sector of economy.

The status ACCA Approved Employer demonstrates investments of the company into a human capital and strengthens its image as responsible employer. Accreditation allows the employer to place free of charge vacancies on resources of Association, and to the employees – to participate in regular actions and webinars of ASSA.

Besides, the status of the accredited employer allows employees to receive and confirm membership in ASSA in the simplified order.

2020

ACCA will work within sustainable development goals of the United Nations

ASSA, the association integrating specialists in the field of finance, audit and accounting published the obligations within a global task of the UN of achievement of goals of sustainable development.

The purpose, values and the strategy of ASSA till 2025 are closely connected with tasks of the UN. ASSA recognizes importance of all 17 sustainable development goals announced by the UN Secretary General and confirms that Association and all her members undertake to contribute significantly to achievement 9 of them. They include ensuring access to quality financial and accounting education, collaboration in creation of the inclusive global profession contributing to the development of ethic, steady and successful business and economy in general.

Primary obligations of ASSA:

• Quality of training. We will continue to provide access to the quality financial and accounting education free from artificial barriers.
• Gender equality. We will promote gender equality in global community of Association and to try to obtain it among our employees.
• Decent work and economic growth. We will expand possibilities of our community and to support the organizations that they were ethic, steady and successful.
• Industry, innovations and infrastructure. We will support inclusivity, a variety and social mobility in financial community and the Association.

Tatiana Gerashenko's appointment to the director's post

Since November 1, 2020 Tatiana Gerashenko became the Head of ASSA in Russia, to the international association integrating specialists in the field of finance, accounting and audit, having released Ilya Lushnikov from this duty. It became known on December 10, 2020. Read more here.

2016

For 2016 the association integrated 178.000 members and 455.000 students in 180 countries. More than 90 offices and the centers worldwide and also 7,000 accredited employers provided standards of training and development for members and students of ACCA.

For December, 2016 more than 7,100 companies worldwide, including more than 80 companies in Russia, had the status of the accredited ASSA of the employer. In Russia for 2016 accreditation of ASSA was obtained by the Russian and international companies: MTS, Pole, Baltika, Siemens, Gazprombank, ROYAL CANIN, Aeroflot, Delo Group, Kaspersky Lab, Schneider Electric, Neftepromleasing, Shelf Arctic, MTS, Gazprombank, Royal Canin, Delo Group, Tele2, Total, FBK, A1 and others.
