2025: Novatek bought an office building in the Absolut Peredelkino complex

In early November 2025, it became known that Novatek, which is engaged in the exploration, production, processing and sale of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons, bought an office building in the Absolut Peredelkino business park from Absolut Group of Companies. The cost of the object, according to various estimates, can exceed 3 billion rubles.

The named business park is located near Vnukovo airport, a 10-minute walk from the Pykhtino metro station. The complex consists of four office buildings with a total area of ​ ​ 43.2 thousand square meters. The object is located on a comfortable territory of 3 hectares with parking lots, a walking boulevard, etc. There are cafes, fitness studios, shops, bank branches and services. Areas for bicycles and scooters are equipped, charging stations for electric vehicles are provided.

According to the Kommersant newspaper, Novatek bought an office building with an area of ​ ​ 12.1 thousand square meters in the Absolut Peredelkino business park. Alexander Bogdanov, executive director of the consulting company Remain, believes that the transaction value may range from 2.4 billion to 2.7 billion rubles. And the head of the office department of the consulting company Invest7 Ksenia Kharkevich estimates the facility at 3.1-3.4 billion rubles.

According to Bogdanov, Novatek acquired a building in Absolut Peredelkino to consolidate its structures or place a back office in one building due to lack of space at the current headquarters, which is located on Udaltsov Street in southwestern Moscow. This geographical location will provide a good transport connection between offices. At the same time, Dmitry Antonov, sales and acquisition director of the investment consulting company Ricci, expresses the opinion that Novatek bought a building in the Absolut Peredelkino business park for one of its subsidiaries.^[1]
