2023: Allocation of 1.03 billion rubles for the construction of the hospital building

Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the allocation of 1.03 billion rubles for the construction of the building of the Achkhoy-Martan Central District Hospital (CRH) in the Chechen Republic. The corresponding document was published at the end of October 2023.

In 2023, the Ministry of Health of Russia will allocate budget allocations in the amount of 1,031,130 thousand rubles from the reserve fund of the government of the Russian Federation in order to provide a subsidy from the federal budget to the budget of the Chechen Republic for co-financing capital investments in the capital construction project "Construction of the Achkhoi-Martan Central Regional Hospital" within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation "Health Development," the government said.

It also follows from it that the facility should be commissioned in 2025. The Ministry of Health of Russia was instructed to provide an agreement on the provision of subsidies with the regional government no later than 30 calendar days after the publication of this order.

According to the head physician of the Achkhoy-Martan Central Regional Hospital Khava Chegarbieva, the main buildings of the hospital were built from 1927 to 1953 and are in disrepair. The location of the old buildings violates the sanitary rules on the internal routing of patients, patients are transported on a gurney or stroller in the open air, regardless of weather conditions, resuscitation is located 800 meters from the reception department in a separate building.

In addition to several buildings of the Achkhoy-Martan Central Regional Hospital and a clinic at the hospital, only one private medical center "Clinics of the Capital" provides medical services in the city settlement. Medical and preventive care for the population of the Achkhoy-Martanovsky district was organized at 5 feldsher-obstetric points, in 7 medical outpatient clinics, 1 district hospital at the head institution of the district - the Central District Hospital, according to the website of the republican Ministry of Health.
