2025: Launch of a plant for the production of agricultural machinery in the Altai Territory for ₽780 million

In the Altai Territory, a new production complex for the production of agricultural machinery worth ₽780 million was put into operation. The Agro Complex Group of Companies has completed the construction of production and administrative premises in Barnaul with a total area of ​ ​ 11 thousand square meters. m. The company announced this on August 25, 2025.

According to "Made with us," the new capacities will increase the volume of production by 50%. The company plans to produce more than 200 sowing complexes and aggregates for tillage annually. Investments are aimed at the development of domestic engineering in the agricultural sector.

The production complex includes workshops and an administrative building equipped with modern equipment for the full cycle of manufacturing agricultural machines. The new site will become the eighth production point of the Agro Complex group of companies in Russia.

As part of the import substitution program, the company mastered the production of its own sowing complex "AltaiDisk 12000." Also, the production of sprinkler machines and machines for strip tillage with the function of simultaneous application of dry fertilizers and anhydrous ammonia has been established.

The geography of the company's supplies covers 63 regions of Russia and neighboring countries, including Kazakhstan, Belarus and Mongolia. The expansion of production capacities will increase the volume of exports of Russian agricultural machinery to foreign markets.

The group of companies has seven production sites, where a full technological cycle of production of agricultural machines is organized. According to the Rosspetsmash association, Agro Complex is one of the five leading Russian manufacturers of equipment for post-harvest crop processing.

The new plant in Barnaul specializes in the production of tillage units and sowing complexes. The production lines are equipped with equipment for metalworking, welding and painting of finished products. The administrative building includes design bureaus and management offices.[1]
