According to Kommersant, before concluding a deal with Omnipol, the owner of Aircraft Industries was Ostov LLC, located in Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk Region. Its sole founder is the general director of UMMKandray Kozitsyn.

A RBC source close to the Czech manufacturer confirmed that the Russian company controlled Aircraft Industries. UMMC transferred 5600 shares of the Czech company to Ostov, the nominal value of one share - 20,000 kroons, at the exchange rate at the time of the transaction - about 336 million rubles per stake.
