2023: Annual revenue growth to RUB 6.87 billion

Akzo Nobel Decor, one of the largest manufacturers of paints in Russia, completed 2023 with revenue of 6.87 billion rubles against 6.69 billion rubles a year earlier. At the same time, net profit decreased from 1.51 billion to 1.22 billion rubles. This is evidenced by the data of the Kontur. Focus service, which TAdviser got acquainted with in December 2024.

According to these materials, the cost of sales of Akzo Nobel Decor CJSC in 2023 amounted to 3.36 billion rubles against 3.21 billion rubles in 2022. Gross profit of the company increased from 3.48 billion to 3.51 billion rubles, and profit from sales decreased from 1.91 billion to 1.67 billion rubles.

Russia's largest manufacturer of paints and varnishes increased annual revenue to 6.87 billion rubles

The company's accounts payable in 2023 amounted to 794.8 million rubles against 487.2 rubles a year earlier. Accounts receivable increased from 889.7 million to 1.17 billion rubles.

Akzo Nobel Decor is a subsidiary of the international company Akzo Nobel, headquartered in Amsterdam. Akzo Nobel Decor has production in Balashikha near Moscow. The company produces paints and varnishes under the brands Dulux, Pinotex, Hammerite and Marshall.

In 2025, the Dulux brand in Russia will change its name to Luxium. It is clarified that the decision was made as part of the localization of Russian business. The changes will affect only the name and logo, but the "assortment, formulas and price positioning of products" will remain the same, the company noted.
