2024: Opening of the complex

In the Prigorodny district of North Ossetia, the Alania greenhouse complex of the Dynasty group of companies began work with a planned investment of ₽18 billion. The launch of the project was announced by the press service of the regional government on December 16, 2024.

According to RIA Novosti, the complex is part of the breakthrough project "Agro-Industrial Cluster" within the framework of the Model of Economic Development of North Ossetia until 2030. The head of the region Sergey Menyailo participated in the opening and sowing ceremony of the first harvest.

The total area of ​ ​ the high-tech greenhouse complex will be 43.6 hectares of film-type greenhouses. Depending on the varieties grown, the expected production capacity will reach from 9 to 20 thousand tons of vegetables per year.

The head of North Ossetia, Sergei Menyailo, said: An agreement on the construction of a greenhouse complex was signed on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg Economic Forum in 2023, and the investor fully fulfills all its obligations.

More than 200 jobs have already been created at the enterprise. After reaching full capacity, scheduled for 2026, the staff will increase to 930 people.

The complex specializes in growing premium tomatoes in protected soil using modern technologies that ensure year-round production of products.

The project is being implemented in accordance with the Model of Economic Development of North Ossetia approved in 2022. The new production will become an important element of the region's agro-industrial cluster.

The opening of the Alania greenhouse complex will increase the production of vegetables in the region and create a significant number of new jobs for the local population. The company will contribute to the development of the agricultural sector of North Ossetia.^[1]
