According to the Kontur. Focus system, the revenue of the Alcoholic Siberian Group in 2022 reached 36.17 billion rubles against 29.3 billion rubles a year earlier. At the same time, the company's net losses increased - from 641 million to 4.4 billion rubles.
In 2022, the volume of products produced by two plants of the Alcoholic Siberian Group amounted to 9.2 million decaliters. Deliveries were made to more than 30 countries around the world.

2023: Boreal Spirits acquires ASG
At the end of November 2023, Boreal Spirits, registered in the UAE, became the owner of the Alcoholic Siberian Group (ASG). Financial and other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The fact that Boreal Spirits now owns 99% of the authorized capital of the ASG was reported by Interfax with reference to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL). It also follows from it that 1% of the company is Larisa Strelets. Until recently, it was she who was the sole owner of the ASG, the agency notes on November 30, 2023.
According to materials from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Larisa Strelets owned the company during 2023 - ownership rights to it passed in December 2022 from Cyprus VP Island Limited and Tradeline Solutions Limited.
Boreal Spirits is a division of the Cypriot KPO Marketing Company. The latter's website states that she owns exclusive rights to the group's four vodka brands. KPO Marketing Company also has divisions in Serbia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
As indicated on the ASG website, the main activity of the company is the production of alcohol. The products are produced at two plants "Omvinprom" (Omsk) and "Ruzsky Blending Plant" (Moscow region). Interfax calls ASG one of the largest producers of strong alcohol in Russia.[1]
