2020: Construction of the plant on production of medicines of plasma of blood in Tatarstan
On August 14, 2020 it was announced that in Tatarstan will construct the plant on production of medicines of plasma of blood. The enterprise is going to start in the territory of the city of Innopolis by 2023. The platform for construction of an object selects section of 5 hectares.
It is the project of the Israeli company Alishech which organizes and provides comprehensive examination and treatment of clients in the central hospitals of the country. The president of Alishech is Israel Lyovin, the urologist, the candidate of medical sciences, graduated from the Leningrad medical institute, notes the Vademec edition.
According to the head of the Agency of the innovative development of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Waist Minullina, the new enterprise will allow to increase considerably volumes of the fractionation of plasma of blood necessary for satisfaction of the growing need for biopharmaceutical medicines. In implementation process of the project production more than 25 names of scarce medicines is planned, she reported.
It is supposed that construction of the plant will allow to produce such medicines as albumine in Tatarstan (it is held for use at operations on elimination of effects of injuries of skin, treatment of diseases of internals), immunoglobulin (for support of the immune system of the person) and factors of VIII and IX — the medicines maintaining coagulability of blood.
Including at factory it is going to implement production of the "dry plasma" sharply necessary in large numbers at emergencies.
The realization value of the project is estimated at 9 billion rubles. The financial and economic model and the business plan of the project will be considered at a meeting of Investment council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Alishech was going to construct in Moscow the blood plasma processing plant in the 200 tons of plasma Moscow in year and the plant on processing of medicines of Kirov Plazma blood in Kirov. However plans were not realized.[1]
