2023: Increase in the cost of reconstruction from 1.9 to 3.1 billion rubles
On December 19, 2023, it became known that the cost of reconstructing the TB dispensary in Novoaltaisk would exceed 3.1 billion rubles. Initially, it was planned to allocate about 1.9 billion rubles for the relevant work. Thus, the amount increased by more than one and a half times.
The reconstruction of the facility began in 2011, but in 2015, construction stopped due to the bankruptcy of the contractor, StroyGAZ. In 2017, the authorities found a new contractor in the person of Self, but it was not possible to resume work for several years due to identified structural defects. The project had to be adjusted, and the contract with Self for the completion of the dispensary was concluded in the fall of 2022: the cost was almost 1.9 billion rubles.
According to the Ministry of Health of the Altai Territory, as of December 2023, the facility is 69% ready. The full work must be completed no later than December 14, 2025. At the same time, the total estimated cost after all revaluations is over 3.1 billion rubles.
The project provides for two launch complexes with 250 beds each. The first will include a unit of medical diagnostics and ward departments, a section of medical diagnostics with an operating department, a catering unit, a laundry, points for machine decontamination and disinfection of medical waste, as well as a pathological building. During the second launch complex, a five-story block of ward departments with 170 beds will be erected to accommodate the therapeutic department, as well as a four-story building for medical diagnostics and ward departments with 80 beds.
The commissioning of a new stationary building will significantly improve the provision of medical care in the profile of phthisiology in the Altai Territory, redistributing the flows of patients from the old hospital building. The most important thing in the treatment of patients with tuberculosis is the comfortable conditions of inpatient stay, "says Oleg Voitov, chief physician of the Altai Regional TB Dispensary.[1] |
