History

2025: Construction Begins

The SDS-Stroy group will begin construction of a large-scale tourist complex Altyn Shor in the Sheregesh ski resort with a total investment of ₽35 billion and a period of implementation until 2038. The construction of guest houses within the framework of the project will begin before the end of 2025, and the complex will include hotels in the category of four and five stars, as well as a rehabilitation center for participants in a special military operation for 100 places. This was announced on September 25, 2025 by the general director of the company Sergey Anishchenko.

According to Interfax, the SDS-Stroy structure in 2023 won a competition for the right to conclude an agreement on the integrated development of an undeveloped territory in Sheregesh with a total area of ​ ​ 54.2 hectares. The project provides for the creation of modern tourist infrastructure with a full range of services for vacationers and the rehabilitation of military personnel.

The planned hotel infrastructure of the Altyn Shor complex includes a four-star hotel with 250 rooms with a total area of ​ ​ 7 thousand square meters. It also provides for the construction of a premium five-star hotel with 100 rooms with a total area of ​ ​ 5.2 thousand square meters to accommodate VIP guests of the resort.

A feature of the project will be a specialized rehabilitation center for participants in the SVO, designed to simultaneously accommodate 100 people. The center will provide comprehensive services for the recovery and rehabilitation of military personnel in the mountain climatic conditions of Sheregesh using modern medical technologies.

In parallel with the Altyn Shor project, UMMC-Developer is implementing its own large-scale resort development program. In 2026, the construction of the fourth building of the Shermont Hotel in sector F of the ski resort with an area of ​ ​ 23.45 thousand square meters for 179 rooms with commissioning in the second quarter of 2028 will begin.^[1]
