2015: Rendering services in Islamic financing in Moscow

The financial house of Amal announced in December, 2015 the beginning of rendering services in Islamic financing in Moscow. So far services will be available to Muscovites and residents of the Moscow region in limited scale. For individuals - from 5 to 10 million rubles. For legal entities - from 5 to 20 million rubles. However and such opportunity is unique for the capital and actually the first in the history of development of Islamic finance. Earlier only services in investment of means according to requirements of Sharia were available to Muscovites.

Until recently Financial house of Amal working since 2011 rendered services of financing only for residents of the Republic of Tatarstan. In March, 2014 the company appointed the representative in Moscow. For 1.5 years necessary premises for rendering services in providing financing were created.

FD "Amal" published requirements to applicants of financing. Financing is provided for legal entities on replenishment of current assets, acquisition of fixed assets, transport and special equipment. For individuals financing is possible on acquisition of housing with initial contribution from 30%, however the term of the agreement of financing cannot exceed 3 years.

For Legal entities

Requirements

• The client — the resident of the Russian Federation is registered in the territory of Moscow and the Moscow region
• Existence of the operating profitable business (according to the management reporting) from 30% to 50% of net profit covers monthly payment on financing.
• Actual experience of business not less than 2 years
• Lack of negative credit history;
• Lack of claims and sanctions from tax administrations, services of court ushers and other authorities

Providing conditions

• The amount of financing from 5 million to 20 million rubles
• Financing term from 1 year to 3 years
• Initial contribution from 30%
• Srokrassmotreniya of the request up to 7 days

Financing purpose

• replenishment of current assets
• acquisition of commercial transport and special equipment
• purchase of non-residential premises and land plots

Pledge

• non-residential premises.
• additional pledge from the third parties is allowed
• Guarantee of founders of the company

For individuals

Requirements

• The client – the citizen of the Russian Federation
• Age 21 up to 60 years;
• Working life not less than 1 year;
• Permanent registration in Moscow and the Moscow region;
• Stable sources of income (the salary, additional income confirmed in a form of the Organization, a premialnyea other), financings, sufficient for repayment.
