Starting production capacities of Yantarny potok LLC will be organized based on assets of the Ilim Group in Koryazhme (Arkhangelsk region) – branch of the company on volumes and the range of production. Within the project hardware upgrade of the timber-chemical workshop for production organization providing deep processing of raw materials and receiving perspective environmentally friendly biochemical products is planned.
The main line of products which are turned out by Yantarny potok LLC will include rosin air with the improved properties, fatty acids of tall oil and products of their deep processing. For the first time in Russia the production of the perspective sitosterols which are actively applied in pharmaceutics and production of organic additives will become possible. Obtaining the license and the beginning of productive activity of joint venture is planned for the IV quarter 2017.
The deputy CEO for finance of the Ilim Group Alexander Emdin is elected the chairman of the board of directors of Joint venture Yantarny potok LLC, Alexey Krylov who was earlier holding a position of the technical director of Orgkhim holding is appointed the CEO.
