2025: Plant Construction Begins

In November 2025, Amehim (the structure of Amedart Group of Companies) began implementing a large-scale investment project to create full-cycle pharmaceutical production. The total investment at the initial stage will exceed 2 billion rubles.

This was announced on his Telegram channel by the governor of the Tomsk region, Vladimir Mazur. The project will be implemented in two stages. The first is the creation of a production of active pharmaceutical substances on an area of ​ ​ 2.24 hectares. The second is the construction of a plant for the production of finished dosage forms (tablet, injection) for oncological and antiviral therapy.

The production will create about 250 jobs for qualified specialists. Training will be provided by the Siberian State Medical University, with which a cooperation agreement has already been concluded.

According to regional authorities, the launch of the enterprise may become an incentive for the formation of a full-fledged pharmaceutical cluster in the Tomsk region, uniting scientific centers, production companies and technological startups.

According to SPARK-Interfax, Amedart Group of Companies is one of the largest Russian developers and manufacturers of medicines for the treatment of cancer, endocrine and viral diseases. At the end of 2024, the net profit of the parent company amounted to 1.22 billion rubles.

The group already has a production complex in the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow," where it produces drugs from the list of vital and essential drugs (vital and essential drugs). The Tomsk project will allow the company to expand its capacity and product range.

The construction of modern production, according to Vladimir Mazur, will be aimed at solving three key tasks: creating new jobs, increasing tax revenues to the budget and achieving the goals of the national project "Health Technologies" in the field of improving the quality and life expectancy.^[1]
