2024: Revenue growth 22.9% to ₽298,3 million

Revenue "Angtelecom" in 2024 increased by 22.9% and reached ₽298,3 million. This became known in March 2025. The telecommunications equipment company's net profit increased by 165.9% to ₽171,8 million. Compared to 2023, profit growth amounted to ₽107,2 million.

According to CNews, over the past three years since the beginning of the special military operation, Angtelecom 's financial indicators have shown significant growth. The company's revenue increased by 116% and profit by an impressive 1,671%. The dynamics of the enterprise's income over the past five years shows steady growth after 2021.

Angtelecom JSC specializes in creating complex technical solutions for building corporate, industrial and operator information networks. The company produces industrial switches, wireless Wi-Fi bridges, xDSL equipment and other telecommunications devices.^[1]

2023

In 2023, positive dynamics remained - revenue increased to ₽242,7 million (an increase of 76%), and net profit amounted to ₽64,6 million (an increase of 565.2%).

According to the explanations of the financial statements, during the specified period the company was engaged in the production and repair of electronic equipment. Representatives of Angtelecom did not comment on the reasons for such an increase in financial indicators, however, according to IT industry experts, the key factors were the departure of foreign companies from the Russian market and an increase in orders after February 2022.

2022

The turning point was 2022, when the company's revenue grew to ₽137,9 million, which is 245.1% higher than the previous year. Net profit reached ₽9,7 million.

2021

In 2021, the indicators decreased: revenue decreased by 14.4% to ₽40 million, and net profit fell to ₽324 thousand.

2020

In 2020, the company's revenue was only ₽46,7 million with a net profit of ₽2,9 million.

History

2024: Ultimate Owner

As representatives of Angtelecom clarified to TAdviser, the ultimate owner of Angtelecom JSC for February 2024 is Treshchanovsky Alexander Kirillovich, who has also been the director of the enterprise since October 2002.

2022: OAO Angstrom's withdrawal from the founders

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, from January 2, 2022, Angstrom OJSC resigned from the founders of Angtelecom JSC.

2017: Main activity

The main activity of CJSC Angtelecom as of April 2017 was the provision of multiservice subscriber access, and the main distinctive feature of the equipment being created is the ability to integrate it into the next generation networks (NGN).

2001: Exit from Angstrom Group of Companies

Since 2001, the Angtelecom company has not been included in the Angstrom Group of Companies.
