Since 2011, the International Association "Anti-Counterfeit" has been combating illegal trafficking in goods on the territory of the EAEU, implementing large-scale projects to protect citizens and businesses from falsified products. The Association advocates the synchronization of national laws and excise taxes, organizes federal events, participates in the activities of state bodies and public organizations, attracts young people to combat illegal products and contributes to reducing the volume of the "gray" market in the EAEU countries.

2024: Intellectual Property Bureau Launch

The Anti-Counterfeit Association launched the Intellectual Property Bureau. It was created to comprehensively support and protect all types of intellectual rights. But the Bureau's main specialization will be the most difficult cases. At the same time, the Bureau is ready to work with the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization at all stages: from registration and registration to the protection of rights and maintenance of transactions with the rights to the results of intellectual activity. One of the key areas of work will be the registration and protection of individualization tools. In particular, the development of designations for trademarks, names of origin of goods and geographical indications, assistance in registration, disputes and transfer of rights. Assistance in patenting objects of industrial property implies the protection and protection of the rights to inventions, utility models and industrial designs.
