PJSC "Scientific and Production Association" Strela "works in the field of defense industry. The main specialization of the company is the development and manufacture of radar equipment for monitoring ground targets. The company cooperates with such large customers as the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Border Service of the FSB of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and other special government departments. Since 2002, PJSC NPO Strela has been part of the Almaz-Antey Concern East Kazakhstan Region.

2025: Revenue growth doubled to 41.2 billion rubles

At the end of 2025, the revenue of the developer and manufacturer of radar equipment NPO Strela (part of the VKO concern Almaz-Antey"") doubled, reaching 41.2 billion. rubles For comparison: in 2024, this figure was at the level of 20.9 billion rubles. This follows from the annual financial statements of the enterprise, published on February 24, 2026.

According to the reports, the net profit of NPO Strela increased 12.5 times and amounted to 480.5 million rubles against 38.5 million rubles in 2024. The cost of sales of the enterprise also increased multiply - from 17.7 billion rubles in 2024 to 37.8 billion rubles in 2025.

The revenue of the manufacturer of radar equipment NPO Strela doubled over the year

The company's accounts receivable at the end of 2025 amounted to 39.2 billion rubles, while a year earlier it was 25.97 billion rubles. Payables, on the contrary, decreased: from 27.5 billion rubles in 2024 to 23.5 billion rubles in 2025. The organization's balance sheet currency increased to 78.5 billion rubles against 62.8 billion rubles in 2024.

As recorded in the system "Kontur. Focus," the scientific and production association "Strela" is registered in Tula, the general director of the enterprise is Dmitry Kuznetsov. The main activity of the company is the development and production of radar stations, as well as reconnaissance equipment for ground moving targets and firing positions. The company is responsible for the production, repair and modernization of reconnaissance systems for missile forces and artillery of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

As the publication CNews found out, in June 2024, NGO Strela fell under the sanctions of foreign states.[1]
