JSC Arzamas Machine-Building Plant is the enterprise under control of Military-industrial Company LLC which in turn is affiliated enterprise JSC Russkiye mashiny.
History
It is founded in 1972 as the Arzamas plant of automobile spare parts of Gorky consolidation on production of cars. In 1980 the government decision on placement at the enterprise of the military order is made. And in the same year the plant released a product, absolutely new to it, − the army armored personnel carrier. In 1981 the first lot of special vehicles is produced.
