History

2002

The Astek-MT company was founded in 2002. From the small company, Astek-MT for short term became large production holding on production of PVC of KRAUSS aluminum shapes. Now manufacturing enterprises and the sales companies are its part. Total employment – more than 800 people.

All manufacturing enterprises are located in the city of Krymsk of Krasnodar Krai. Our representation is located in Moscow.

2002_2006

PVC: Opened own production - the plant on production of PVC of the KRAUSS profiles and the plant on production of KRAUSS aluminum shapes. 3 extrusion CINCINNATI lines with two mixers are started.

Vedeno in operation the laboratory equipped with the modern equipment and complying all technical requirements.

Year was marked by release of the 70th series of the 3rd and 5-chamber PVC of the KRAUSS profiles.

Al: The line of the 1,880 tons extrusion press, and also the furnace of artificial "aging" of profiles is set. The painting line of the TRIBO system is started.

2007

PVC: Set 5 more lines of production of PVC of profiles.

8 lines increased production volume to 12,600 tons/year.

Al: Purchased the 2nd extrusion press. Started the new systems of profiles.

Casting: The melting Leverber furnace, the homogenization furnace with the cooling camera is started. Equipped production with modern filtering system of air. Began production of aluminum circles of different diameters (127, 152, 178 mm), from alloys with different chemical composition (AD-21, AD-33, AD-35).

2008

Al: Conducted the second 1,880 tons extrusion press in operation. It will allow to increase production volume to 11,000 tons/year.

2009

PVC: Production of PVC of profiles includes all range of the main and doborny profiles of a window and door system.

Al: The second line of electrostatic powder coloring of the Gema profile is started. Installed the second furnace of artificial "aging" of profiles. Work of the third 1,100 tons extrusion press is adjusted.

Accessories: Put four 50-ton machines of injection of TsAM metals, two machines of injection of plastic into operation. Set the automated saw for cutting of aluminum shapes, one excentric 30-ton press. Started the vibration equipment, the equipment on galvanization of parts, and also lines of electrostatic powder coloring of TRIBO.

2010 PVC: Increased the number of extrusion lines up to 12 that will allow to increase output to 18,200 tons/year. The automated system of a mikserovaniye of PVC of mixes to 18 lines is installed.

Al: The release more than 600 names of profiles of the different systems is mastered.

Casting: Installed the second melting furnace of rotary type.

Accessories: Machines of injection of TsAM 4-1 metals, two 30-ton eccentric press, completely automated saw of cutting of aluminum shapes are started in work two 50-ton and one 25-ton.

2011

PVC: Today 12 extrusion lines, automatic system of dosing, mixing and supply of PVC of mix, the system of processing of technology waste are involved by method of crushing and sifting.

On this section 4 series of the profile window and door systems from KRAUSS brand PVC are produced in. System width of these profiles is 58 and 70 mm, and the number of cameras 3 and 5.

Power of production is over 18,000 tons of finished goods a year.

ALAl: At the moment 3 press complexes, 2 thermal furnaces of artificial aging, the line of preparation before coloring by method of a beskhromatny passivization, 2 lines of painting by method of drawing a polimernoporoshkovy covering in electrostatic field, the line of production of aluminum shapes work with the thermobridge, workshop on production and correction of the matrix tool, 2 lines of drawing a protective film, 2 packaging lines.

The following commodity groups are made:

profiles for the front, window systems, the entrance KRAUSS groups; profiles with KRAUSS thermobridge: interior systems; systems for sliding wardrobes, office partitions, balcony glazing; profiles according to individual drawings. Power of production is over 15,000 tons of finished goods a year.

litiolitye: Now 2 melting complexes, furnaces of homogenization of ingots, laboratory using the most modern equipment are involved.

On this section the bars up to 7000 mm long with a diameter of 127, 152 and 178 mm from alloys with different chemical composition, such as AD-31, AD-33, AD-35 are made.

Power of production is over 24,000 tons of bars a year.

Dsc_0013furnitura: 3 machines of injection of TsAM 4-1 metals are put into operation. Increase in number of machines will allow to increase production volumes to 105 tons of finished goods.

Matrix production: Put into operation the equipment on production of matrixes. This upgrade will allow us to reduce completion dates of the order.

Now, in addition to the Moscow office and warehouses, are open and successfully regional representative offices to Krymsk and to Irkutsk the Profile Service company work.

The company has more than 1500 regular customers and their quantity continuously grows, thanks to the active production policy of the company and extensive geography of deliveries.
