The diversified holding of AVIRSA integrates group, working in the field of the innovative technologies in the field of professional and consumer electronics. Core activities of AVIRSA holding are:

• wholesale and retail,

• logistics.

The structure of AVIRSA holding includes five strategic business units according to the directions of business: "Projects", Retail, Logistics, Production and Distribution.

The business unit Projects provides services of project-oriented deliveries and installation of the equipment, system integration and IT consulting for corporate clients.

The business unit Retail – manages business and development of federal retail network of shops consumer and 10 measurement computer electronics.

Business unit Logistics provides complex services of transport and service warehouse logistics.

Business unit Production performs contract and assembly manufacturing of consumer and computer electronics.

The business unit Distribution is engaged in wholesale in consumer, computer and professional electronics.

The head office of AVIRSA holding is in Moscow. Total number of employees is more than 400 people.

History

2008

Formation of holding

The diversified holding of AVIRSA is formed in 2008 by merge of the large groups working in areas:

• distributions of consumer, computer and professional electronics;
• IT of consulting and logistics.

According to the directions of business strategic Business units are created:

• Projects,
• "Distribution",
• "Logistics",
• "Production" and
• "Retail" and also
• Holding management company.

From the first days of work the management of AVIRSA Holding develops communications with financial institutions. Cooperation with the international insurance companies Kofas, Hermes, Atradius, the Korean Export Insurance company, with the Russian companies of Kapital, ROSNO, AlphaInsurance begins and develops. Cooperation with the Russian International Bank, TransCreditFactoring and others begins. JSC Promsvyazbank becomes the leading partner bank of AVIRSA holding.

The business unit Projects AVIRSA of Holding - AVIRSA Projects was created in the spring of 2008. The AVIRSA Projects command included the qualified specialists and experts having wide experience of project work with large government and corporate structures.

On April 9, 2008 BTK Group, the leading Russian distributor of electronics, was a part of the Business unit Distribution of AVIRSA of Holding - AVIRSA Trading. In 2008 BTK actively expands the commodity portfolio. Contracts on distributions of home appliances AEG, Electrolux, Erard, Zanussi, Samsung, Toshiba, LG, contracts with Yamaha and Izumi according to audio-video to the equipment are signed. The direction of a telecommunication and computer hardware develops. Contracts on distribution of products of Adaptec, Dell, Ritall, Wexler are signed.

In April, 2008 the Business unit Logistics of AVIRSA of Holding - AVIRSA Logistics with the purpose of provision of services of transport and warehouse logistics and also technical service to the companies of holding and external customers is formed. The head company AVIRSA Logistics and the enterprises of warehouse logistics in Moscow and St. Petersburg equipped with a modern automated system of address storage of goods were a part of BYu "Logistics" and also the enterprises of transport logistics are the delivery services with own park of cargo cars in Moscow and St. Petersburg.

In 2008 the Business unit Retail - AVIRSA Retail began creation of retail business. The first online store "The Tenth Measurement" with own call center and the delivery service of goods opened in Moscow in December.

TVs under the Izumi brand, assembly of the PC and servers

In May, 2008 the business unit Production - AVIRSA Electronics was created. In the same time development of TVs under the Izumi brand is begun. The first order for production of TVs in Southeast Asia is placed.

In September, 2008 the first sales of TVs under the Izumi brand in Russia begin. Products of Izumi become available to buyers of federal and regional retail networks. In a product line of Izumi new commodity categories are added.

In 2010, two years later after the beginning of sales, Izumi TVs occupy a share of 1.7% of all sales of TVs in the Russian Federation.

In October, 2008 the AVIRSA Electronics company started assembly production of computers and servers. Same year partnership agreements with corporations are signed Intel and Microsoft.

2009: Nettopa and Wexler tablets

In 2009 AVIRSA Electronics received the international certificate of a quality management system of GOST P ISO 9001-2001 and also was awarded the status Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Intel Premium Partner.

Gradually Wexler products lineup extends, in it new commodity categories appear: servers, PC, nettopa, tablets, accessories. Server solutions of Wexler are delivered for equipment of data processing centers of the largest Russian the Internet of companies Mail.ru, Yandex, Rambler, etc. The consumer products of Wexler extend through retail networks in regions of Russia.

In 2009 AVIRSA Projects received the international certificate of a quality management system of GOST P ISO 9001-2008 for works on design, delivery, installation, hardware maintenance and the software and to IT consulting. AVIRSA Projects deserved the statuses of the partner of global manufacturers:

In 2009 AVIRSA Projects defeated the strongest rivals in the tender and began delivery and installation of server solutions of Wexler for a data processing center of Mail.ru. The first open auction on the public contract on supply of equipment for FA "Rosgranitsa" is won.

In 2009 AVIRSA Trading are signed contracts on home appliances of Ardo, Ariston, JVC, Indesit, Nord, Mabe. Distributor contracts on notebooks of Lenovo and cable products of Teldor are signed. Development of the direction of distribution of professional electronics continues. Distributor contracts on professional plasma display panels and multimedia projectors of Panasonic, on professional LDC panels of Sharp and Samsung are signed.

In July, 2009 AVIRSA Retail opens the first shop consumer and The Tenth Measurement computer electronics. By the end of 2009 in network four retail stores in Moscow and the Moscow region and two online stores – in Moscow and St. Petersburg work.

In 2009 the warehouse AVIRSA Logistics complexes in Moscow and St. Petersburg are capable to provide storage already more than 30 thousand positions of goods in assortment at the total amount over 16.6 thousand CBM.

2010: Start of Wexler e-books

In August, 2010 production of Wexler e-books which promptly win popularity at domestic consumers started. To spring of 2011 of Wexler took the place in top three in the Russian market of e-books. Products of Wexler entered international market, sales to other countries of the world are begun.

In 2010-2011 AVIRSA Projects continues to participate and win tenders of the largest Russian Internet portals, and performs deliveries and installation of the server hardware for data processing centers of Mail.ru, Yandex, Rambler, Odnoklassniki.ru. In 2010 – 2011 company successfully implements projects on IT to consulting by orders of the Government of Moscow, JSC Aeroflot, Elections state automated system, etc.

In 2010 in AVIRSA Trading there is a further development of the direction of consumer electronics: the distributor contract with Ariete and Candy companies is signed. Development of the direction of the portable equipment: the direct contract with Fischer Audio company is signed.

In August, 2010 in AVIRSA Retail there is consolidation of retail networks "The Tenth Measurement" and "Axiom". Both networks are controlled the general management and continue the development in former formats, new shops come off.

2011

In 2011 in AVIRSA Trading there is a development of the direction of computer electronics: agreements on distribution of Gigabyte and Toshiba notebooks are signed. The direction of consumer electronics develops: the distributor contract on the Melitta coffee machines is signed.

In 2011 two more regional retail networks were a part of AVIRSA Retail. As of July, 2011 in the retail consolidation AVIRSA Retail 28 shops with a total area over 19 thousand square meters located in 17 cities of Russia work.

In 2011 AVIRSA Logistics expands the opportunities – the company locates modern warehouse complexes of class "A" in Moscow and St. Petersburg, for storage of 32 thousand pallets.
