2024: Purchase of Russian business of construction equipment manufacturer Caterpillar
The Balchug Capital fund, owned by Armenian entrepreneur David Amarian, has completed the acquisition of Russian assets of the American company Caterpillar. Among the transferred assets are a plant for the production of special equipment in Tosno (Leningrad Region) and a leasing company in Moscow. The deal was officially completed on June 14, 2024. Buying Pulkovo Sky Business Centre
The Armenian fund Balchug Capital, founded by David Amaryan, acquired the Pulkovo Sky business center, located next to Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg. The deal was concluded in January 2023, but it became known in June 2024. Read more here
Purchase of Metropolis shopping and entertainment center
On April 6, 2023, it became known that the Armenian investment fund Balchug Capital, founded by brothers David and Vardan Amaryan, became the new owner of the Metropolis shopping and entertainment center on the Leningradskoye highway of Moscow. Read more here.
