2025: Balchug Capital Investment Fund buys 16.96% stake from Goldman Sachs in Malltech Holding, which owns the Planeta and Leto shopping centers
The investment fund Balchug Capital, created by former Troika Dialog employee David Amaryan, acquired 16.96% of Malltech Holding, which owns the developer Malltech. This is evidenced by the data of the Cypriot register of legal entities, published in September 2025. The stake was bought from Bardsley Realty and former shareholder of Rosevrobank Andrei Suzdaltsev. As stated on the Malltech Holding website, the company now owns six shopping centers (Planet, Summer and Aura) for 870,000 square meters. m, speech park "Krekshino" (253,000 square meters).[1]
