The Bosch group is presented at the Ukrainian market since 1993 and is the largest solution provider for automotive industry and secondary market of spare parts and also industrial and home appliances.

In the Lviv region the plant on recovery of automobile starters is located.

In Kiev since 2008 the service center Bosch for service and repair of electric tools works. In 2009 the first training center Bosch is open for employees of autoservice workshops.

In 2012-2013 in Lviv, Odessa and Kharkiv based on technical colleges training centers "Bosch Academies" are created. Investment volume in 2015 reached 0.4 million euros.

For 2016 the plant of affiliated enterprise of Holger Christiansen company in. The Cracovian, Ukraine, allows to recover up to 250,000 automobile starters a year and to export them on the markets of Europe, the USA and Canada.

2015: Decrease in turnover by 40% to 61 million euros

Turnover of Bosch in 2015 financial year in Ukraine reached 61 million euros, having decreased in comparison with 2014 financial year by 40%. Number of staff of the company is 360 people at this time.

History

2016: Activation of demand

In 2016 stabilization of a financial system, GDP growth and orientation to new export markets caused significant increase in turnover of Bosch in Ukraine. Especially good dynamics in the country the business sector showed "Construction technologies and power". The high prices of energy carriers and large-scale infrastructure projects on upgrade of objects of heat supply allowed to increase a share of the thermoequipment of Bosch in the market of the country. The division of the Security system successfully implemented several significant projects in the government sector and significantly increased a market share. High dynamics of growth is caused mainly by upgrade of objects of power, including nuclear power stations, oil refineries and also restoration of monuments of architecture, active participation in projects of the government sector and development of initiatives of Smart City.

The division Automobile spare parts and the equipment also showed growth of sales volumes which was expressed by two-digit number. "Bosch Reksrot" took part in several projects in the field of industrial hydraulics, in particular, the hydraulic actuator of the systems of blast furnaces and hydraulic systems for a welding equipment was upgraded. Growth of industrial and civil engineering increased demand for electric tools and allowed to implement successfully the project of Sunrise selling the professional tool in retail networks.
