In January, 2012 the Monitoring of Social Media company started the new version of a monitoring system of BrandSpotter. Improvements concerned performance, analytical service and opportunities of processing of content.

The BrandSpotter system provides monitoring of social networks, blogs and forums that allows to react quickly to negative expressions about a brand, to monitor activity of competitors and also to create different analytical reports in a user-friendly interface.

The new version of a system became universal remedy of the analysis of texts. The BrandSpotter command expanded possibilities of data processing. Now in BrandSpotter it is possible to load and analyze any texts in addition. For example, to process the data collected from the closed social networks or forums, internal CRM base or offline-sources (results of questioning, poll). The updated BrandSpotter interface gives the chance to look at being mentioned of a brand and its competitors in different cuts. It is possible to compare data not only on the number of expressions, but also on the author, the platform, emotions or on a separate subject out of the general flow of references (for example, on similar goods or parallel advertizing campaigns).

In addition to a standard set of sources for monitoring it is possible to include in the updated BrandSpotter in addition any RSS addresses of websites, important for the client.
