The Bank of Russia since February 20, 2018 revoked a license for banking operations from the Moscow bank "Master-Capital". It is said in the statement of the Central Bank. In the message of the regulator it is noted that activity of "Master-Kapitala" was focused on service of interests of his owner.
"Crediting of borrowers, directly or indirectly related to final beneficiaries of credit institution, led to education on balance of bank of considerable volume of troubled assets. Proper assessment of credit risk upon the demand of supervisory authority revealed significant decrease in the size of own means (capital) in bank and existence of the bases for implementation of measures for warning of insolvency (bankruptcy)", says the regulator.
In bank the temporary administration until appearance of the receiver or appointment of the liquidator is appointed.
According to the Bank of Russia for February 1, 2018, Master-Capital took the 302nd place in a banking system of the Russian Federation. It was a participant of deposit insurance system.
