CDS Group

The CDS Group is a vertically integrated construction and investment holding company. The company was founded in 1999 and is one of the largest developers in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region and is one of the largest developers in Russia in terms of current construction. The company is included in the list of systemically forming organizations of the Russian economy in the field of construction and housing and communal services. 2021: Launch of the digital laboratory of CDS Tech
