Cbonds Group

The Cbonds group is the news agency specializing in the field of financial markets. The group performs activity in Russia and Ukraine in the following directions of business: maintenance and development of information websites (Cbonds.ru, Investfunds.ru, Preqveca.ru, Mergers.ru), holding thematic conferences and exhibitions on financial markets, publishing (Cbonds Review magazine and annual reference books).

Cbonds traces news and an environment of financial markets, is engaged in support of the database on all releases of debt securities: bonds, eurobonds, syndicated loans, transactions on securitization. On the website Cbonds comments on the market from investment houses, key indexes, a ranking of investment banks — organizers of loans and issuers, the ratings of issuers, financial statements and many other things are published.

• The Cbonds agency - provides information on bond markets of the CIS countries (website www.cbonds.info), to mutual funds, actions and other instruments of private investment (websites www.investfunds.ru, www.investfunds.ua, www.investfunds.kz), Private Equity and to venture investment (www.preqveca.ru). Also Cbonds is the organizer of conferences conducting in Russia in subject of financial markets, holding annually over 10 conferences among which there are the Russian bonded congress, Investfunds Forum, the Bonded congress of CIS and Baltic countries, the Russian congress Private Equity, the Russian bill congress, etc.

• Mergers.ru is the independent information and analytical portal created in 2004 and focused on a complex research of the Russian market of Merge and Absorption (Mergers & Acquisitions). The Data Base which is daily updated since 2001 contains information on more than 10,400 transactions of merges and absorption for the amount about $620 billion. Subscribers of the project for October, 2011 are about 7500 specialists of the market.

• Offerings.ru is the independent information and analytical portal created in 2007 and focused on a complex research of the Russian market of Public and Private placements of actions (the IPO, SPO, Private placement), preparation of Ratings, holding actions. The Data Base which is constantly updated since 2001 contains information on more than 130 placements for the amount about $66 billion. Subscribers of the project are about 1500 specialists of the market.

2018: Cbonds — the distributor of products of the Price center NSD

The price center of National settlement depositary and Cbonds news Agency signed on July 10, 2018 the agreement according to which Cbonds is an official distributor of products of the Price center NSD (ZZ).

Users of the website Cbonds within a separate packet of paid services "the Price Center NSD" can obtain information of the Price center recognized by the Bank of Russia a source of calculation of fair value of financial instruments in sections of the website, usual for them, now: page of the bond emission, Quotation of the trading systems, Watchlist and Card of the market. As of July 5, 2018, the prices on more than 700 issues of the Russian issuers are available.

Data of the Price center NSD are available also within service in obtaining the structured databases and work on API. Data acquisition cost through Cbonds corresponds to data acquisition cost directly from NSD.

The price center NSD provides a fair value estimate of such tools with fixed income as ruble bonds with simple structure and bonds with a mortgage covering. As an additional indicative data on fair value over 1500 tools calculated based on the former technique created by NSD and NFA continue to be broadcast. Determination of fair value corresponds to the principles of International Financial Reporting Standards and Basel II meets requirements, emphasized in NSD.

2011: Merge to the analytical Mergers.ru and Offerings.ru portals

On October 17, 2011 it became known that the Cbonds news agency announces merge to the analytical Mergers.ru portals (Merges and Absorption in Russia) and Offerings.ru (Public and Private placements in Russia). As a result of consolidation the leading information and analytical group in financial markets of Russia and the CIS countries which will continue work as Cbonds Group is formed.

Services of Cbonds in the field of providing information and analytical products, holding actions, promotions and advertizing will be complemented with two directions - merges and company takeovers (www.mergers.ru), public and private placements of actions (www.offerings.ru).

New portals of the Cbonds group (Mergers.ru and Offerings.ru) will offer the partners and clients new structure, information and analytical products. Improvement of the user interface and detailing of both commercial, and non-commercial products is planned. The new directions of holding actions and advertizing tools are already studied.

The founder and the managing director of Mergers.Ru and Offerings.Ru Yury Ignatishin will continue to direct portals and also, will become the partner and the board member of Cbonds Group.
